What is ROOTS?
An artistic projection: Personal experiences such feelings or emotions are usually hard to be replicated, but through a well-told story and a cocktail that represents your ROOTS anything is possible.
You will pick one element of your roots – your home country, native traditions, cultural foods, a fond memory, etc – and create a liquid masterpiece with which you can tell your story though.

Prizes
National Champion: $1,000 Cash Prize. The winner (and their plus one) will be flown out to Dominican Republic to compete in the Global Finals, with all expenses paid, plus a special tour of our beautiful Ron Barceló Distillery.
Global Champion: The Ultimate Winner will be taking home the Grand Prize of $2,000!
